A request can be submitted in writing addressed to: Beverly Hills Police Department, Attn: Records Clerk, 3418 Memorial Drive, Beverly Hills, Tx 76711 or in person, email: rmaldonado@beverlyhillstx.gov, or fax 254-757-3505
Once a request is received, the records clerk shall within (10) business days of receipt, determine in whole or part whether the request can be made available. The records clerk will promptly notify the requestor of the determination and any costs associated with fulfillment of the request. To make a payment online, simply click the PAYMENT button below.
