The Take me Home Program is a free service offered to developmentally and cognitively disabled citizens who have difficulty communicating and is available for all citizens who reside in Beverly Hills and McLennan County. The form may include a picture of the individual, along with a detailed description, disability information, and emergency contact(s). If a person in the Take Me Home Program is encountered by an officer, dispatch will be able to quickly access the information that may assist in communication and reunification of the individual to their parent or caregiver.
When a participant of the Take Me Home Program is encountered by an officer, dispatch will have quick access to their enrollment record and allow for the individual to be reunited with their parent, guardian, or caregiver.
To enroll, simply fill our the form below and return to the Beverly Hills Police Department at 3418 Memorial Drive along with an updated photo of the participant.
